It could be that the Focker's time has come and gone. This was the second sequel and it seems the screen writers have run out of jokes. Unfortunately, we can look forward to another since this movie ended with both sets of parents planning to move to be closer to the children and grandchildren. By the time the next one appears the Focker kids will be obnoxious pre-teens and the humor will be scraping the bottom of the barrel.
Although I must admit there were a few funny moments, the story line in this movie was pretty thin and DeNiro's character seemed to lose its edge.
