Monoghan may not exactly fit the image of the typical driver of one of those huge rigs that intimidate you on the interstate. She is lean and good looking, and tough- that is, until her estranged 11-year-old son is dumped on her as she returns home from an evening of hard drinking with her married male neighbor. She struggles to achieve a measure of sensativity she hasn't had before as she and her son attempt to accomodate themselves to one another. This is an interesting movie, all about what Monoghan who gives an excellent performance.
