A thirty something couple in the suburbs in the 1950s...we all know where Hollywood is going with this one. Husband DiCaprio doesn't like his job in the New york office of a business machines company, and wife Winslet feels trapped in their suburban prison. They decide to flee this life of shallowness and move to Paris. The move is aborted by reality. Despite all the worn-out cliches about the horrors of living in this environment, it turns out to be a pretty interesting movie as it evolves toward an unhappy conclusion.
